The subsidy is paid by direct transfer into your own bank account, not ours. We file the application, the DISCOM paperwork and the net-metering request, and we chase them until they are done.

Three things we check first.
About 100 sq ft per kW
A 3 kW system needs roughly 300 sq ft of shadow-free roof. Water tanks and parapets can be worked around.
Shadow between 9am and 3pm
Trees, taller buildings and mobile towers matter most in the middle of the day. The survey measures it on site and the 3D design shows it.
Sanctioned load up to 10 kW
Home systems are sized to your sanctioned load. If yours is lower than the system you want, we raise it with the DISCOM.
After you pay
Service and support, included.
Warranties, handled by us
Panels, inverter and battery carry their maker's warranty, stated in your proposal. If a part fails, we raise the claim and fit the replacement.
Five years of service, included
Scheduled cleaning, inverter checks, and a technician who answers the phone. Five years included, then renew yearly at a published rate, for up to 10 years.

Questions people ask us.
How much can a home actually save?
Up to 90% of the bill, depending on roof size and how much of your use is in daylight or exported under net metering. The audit gives you a figure from your own bills, not an average.
What size system do I need?
Roughly 1 kW for every ₹800–1,000 of monthly bill. A ₹3,000 bill usually means a 3 kW pack; the calculator gives you a first estimate in a minute.
How long until the subsidy arrives?
It depends on DISCOM inspection and the national portal, typically a few weeks after commissioning. We track the application and update you on WhatsApp.
Will it work during a power cut?
A standard grid-tied system switches off during a cut for the safety of line workers. If backup matters to you, we design a hybrid system with a battery.
How long does installation take?
Most home systems up to 10 kW go up in a single day once you have approved the 3D design.
What maintenance does it need?
Periodic cleaning and an annual inverter check. Five years of service are included, and RMS tells us if anything drifts.
What happens if the system underperforms?
RMS flags the drift and raises a ticket. A technician checks the array, the inverter and the wiring; dust and shading are fixed on site, and a failed part goes through its manufacturer's warranty, which we handle. The generation figure in your proposal is an estimate; actual units depend on weather, shade and cleaning.
Can I pay in EMI?
Yes. PM Surya Ghar loans at about 7% via Rajasthan Gramin Bank, or EMI through our group financing arm. The subsidy can prepay part of the loan.
Do you use ALMM and DCR panels?
Yes. Subsidy systems require ALMM-listed, domestic-content panels, and every component is listed by make and model in your proposal.
