No subsidy, no queue
GST credit instead of paperwork.
Commercial systems do not go through the subsidy portal, so there is no waiting on inspections before you save. GST paid on the plant comes back as input credit, and the whole job is usually done within two weeks of the survey.

Is there a subsidy for shops?
No. PM Surya Ghar covers residential connections only. Commercial systems benefit from GST input credit and depreciation instead.
What size fits a shop?
Most shops and clinics land between 3 and 10 kW. A ₹10,000 monthly bill on a commercial tariff usually means about 10 kW.
Can it run on a rented premises?
Yes, with the owner's consent. The plant can be moved at the end of a lease.
What about weekends and holidays?
Export is credited under net metering, so closed days still earn units against your bill.
How fast is installation?
Up to 10 kW in a single day, usually within two weeks of the survey. You approve a 3D design of your roof, built during the visit, before we quote.
Do I need a battery?
Not for savings. Add one only if you need backup during cuts; we can design a hybrid system.
Who handles net metering?
We do, with JVVNL, AVVNL or JdVVNL depending on your area.
What does maintenance cost?
Nothing until year six: five years of service are included. Then a published yearly rate, or free for a year when a neighbour you refer goes solar.
